CUSTOM ORDER PROTOCOL - 

We are currently taking custom orders! 🪵🪚  We want to create something with you that is as unique as you are. Live edge wood is a beautiful way to bring something timeless, natural, and heirloom quality into your living space.

To get started, please know your size in length, depth/width, and thickness. Even if it's just an approximation. For the most part, an increase or decrease in final length or depth by a couple inches will not effect price.

Another important detail is species. At this time, we are only working with chestnut, maple, and walnut. Please do not reach out if you want a species different from this. With that being said, some species can look similar to others. For example, if you want oak, you may like maple or chestnut. If you want redwood or monkey pod, you may like walnut.

If you aren't sure about species, please look at our galleries for visual reference prior to reaching out. In the images is how these species will look once finished (protective urethane has also been applied in these images):

After you provide size and species, we will provide you with a quote. Once you agree to the price, we ask for 2/3 deposit to create and the remainder due at completion and prior to packaging and shipping.

Next, after we receive the deposit, we will then send you images of raw slab options for you to choose from. We will not send images of raw slab options until a deposit has been made. Please do not ask for images of options with your initial inquiry. 

We will also keep in touch with periodic updates as well as images of your completed work to ensure you like it before you submit your final payment.

Most custom orders will take anywhere from 4 - 12 weeks depending on the project. We will be upfront about lead times for your specific project once we have your details.

We are woodworkers and not interior designers. We recommend knowing what aesthetic you want and choosing the most relevant species. We refrain from giving advice on design but we are happy to answer questions you may have regarding installation and the specific bracket styles we offer.

Please keep in mind we may not accept all custom orders. Some examples of not accepting custom orders include if shipping and/or handling weight or cost is too substantial or if your size requirement is out of our scope of work or what we have available.
